Beechmast’s approach offers a very individualised service. We work with our clients to identify and evaluate issues and to find commercially appropriate solutions.
Our extensive experience in private and in-house practice (in the UK and internationally) gives us an insight and allows us to hit the ground running and to dovetail with our clients’ businesses, internal procedures and legal services requirements.
Our work broadly falls into 2 categories:
- on-going corporate-commercial advice – a kind of “pop-up lawyer”, ready to help when you call;
- one–off transactions, for example the introduction of new shareholders in your business or the drafting of a commercial contract.
